- MAA: Selected Papers on Calculus
  (Apostol et. al.)
  The best calc papers from the Monthly (& Mathematics Magazine),
  through 1968.
  Somewhat redundant, and not all great, but a treasure trove.

- Toeplitz
  "The Calculus: a genetic approach"
  Here Toeplitz gives a "genetic" approach to calc:
  an -idealized- history, showing the -natural- development of the
  subject.
  A great example of the method,
  though not a definitive work on calc per se.
