"Should mean"

Students often have objections or confusions,
which are based on a real subtlety/confusion,
but which aren't being articulated well.

A suggested way of dealing with it is: "should mean"
That is, someone says something that shows they're confused.
Suggest (in good, precise language) how they -should- voice their
concern, and once they get that, show how to resolve it.
